## Conditions of sale

- **Balance within 20 days**The winner pays the rest of the price to the mortgage lender within 20 days of the auction, or forfeits the guarantee and is liable for any shortfall at a later sale.
- **VAT**Where VAT applies, it is paid by the buyer on top of the winning bid.
- **Sold as seen**The interest is offered without warranty as to the existence, kind or extent of the property or the debtor's title. Check the title deed and view the property first — we can arrange it.
What the notice says4 clauses
1. The property will not be delivered if the reserved sales price is not met.
2. The interest in the above property(ies) is/are offered for sale without further warranties as to the existence, type or extent of the property or the right of the mortgagee/judgment debtor.
3. The Highest Bidder must keep in mind that the balance of the sale price (acceptable bid price plus the amount of the guarantee) must be paid to the mortgage lender, otherwise he loses the amount of the guarantee and is liable for any damage that may occur in a subsequent sale.
4. Bidders should note that, in cases where VAT may be applicable, any awarded sale price will not include the amount of VAT. This amount will be payable in addition to the sale price and will be borne by the buyer.

Ο Ψηλότερος Προσφοροδότης πρέπει να έχει υπόψη του ότι, το υπόλοιπο από το τίμημα πώλησης (αποδεχόμενης τιμής προσφοράς με το ποσό της εγγύησης) πρέπει να πληρωθεί στον ενυπόθηκο δανειστή, διαφορετικά χάνει το ποσό της εγγύησης και έχει ευθύνη για κάθε ζημιά που πιθανόν να υπάρξει σε κατοπινή πώληση.
4. Οι πλειοδότες θα πρέπει να έχουν υπόψη τους ότι, σε περιπτώσεις όπου ενδέχεται να προκύπτει Φ.Π.Α., το οποιοδήποτε κατακυρωθέν τίμημα πώλησης δεν θα περιλαμβάνει το ποσό του Φ.Π.Α. Το ποσό αυτό θα είναι πληρωτέο επιπρόσθετα από το τίμημα πώλησης και θα βαρύνει τον αγοραστή.
