Sakyrco 8 is located just 400 m from the coast of Limassol. The Old Town and the marina are no more than a 15-minute walk away. The building consists of four floors. There are 6 2-bedroom apartments and 1 4-bedroom apartment, which were actually two apartments connected at the request of the client before the project started. This building will be heat-insulated and will be built using first-class materials and Italian cuisines. This is the first building designed by architect Kyros Lontos for our company, and we are completely satisfied with it. He got the nickname “pearl”, as it is the brightest building in the area.
