Nerina Sunset

Nerina Sunset is a small development of luxury villas located in the village of Chloraka just outside Paphos. Chloraka village itself has an abundance of useful facilities from supermarkets to restaurants. The beach front King Evelthon, 5 star hotel, located only 600 Meters from Nerina Sunset, offers a full size water park that is open to non-residents at 15 Euro for adults and 7 Euro for children.

Built in 2005 Nerina Sunset is conveniently positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac with only the occasional traffic. The project further benefits a large common swimming pool that is surrounded by sun terrace with hedging and overlooks the Mediterranean coastline.

Beautifully presented gardens are easily kept and feature exotic plants cascading out of terracotta pots. A large covered veranda to the front provides a year round shade while spacious garden offer space for sunbathing in privacy. Sitting down in your garden you can’t help, but admire pretty views overlooking the famous Chloraka shipwreck.

The tranquil setting outside seems that it cannot be beaten, but once inside the impression of this property gets even better.
