The house has a view of the newly built area of the Municipality of Peyia and the beach of Potimi up to the bay of Koralia. At a distance of five minutes from the house by car is the center of Peyia and you can find a supermarket, fruit shop, pharmacy, health center, kiosks, bakery, restaurants and services of the Municipality of Peyia. Όλοι οι χώροι έχουν κλιματισμό για να δροσίζουν το καλοκαίρι και να ζεσταίνουν τους χώρους τον χειμώνα. Υπάρχει βεράντα στο ισόγειο με τραπέζι και καρέκλες και ένας μικρός κήπος. Κατεβαίνοντας έξιι σκαλάκια βρίσκεται η ιδιωτική πισίνα με ξύλινο κιόσκι και ξαπλώστρες. Το σπίτι έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Το σπίτι έχει θέα τη νεόκτιστη περιοχή του Δήμου Πέγειας και την παραλια των Ποτίμων μέχρι τον κόλπο των Κοραλίων. Σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών από το σπίτι με αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται το κέντρο της Πέγειας και μπορέις να βρεις υπερογορά, φρουταρία, φαρμακείο, κέντρο υγείας, περίπτερα, φούρνο, εστιατόρια και υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Πέγειας. Σε απόσταση 7 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο είναι ο παραλιακός-τουριστικός δρόμος επίσης με πολλά καταστήματα, τράπεζα, εστιατόρια, περίπτερα κλπ. Στον ίδιο δρόμο είναι η βραβευμένη παραλία του Κόλπου των Κοραλίων και λίγο πιο κάτω βρίσκεις την παραλία του κόλποου του Αράπη που είναι επίσης οργανωμένη. Τους λογαριασμούς ρεύματος, νερού, διαδικτύου και τη συντήρηση της πισίνας αναλαμβάνει ο ενοικιαστής από την ημέρα έναρξης του συμβολαίου. Επίσης αναλαμβάνει το πότισμα των φυτών στον κήπο. Θα επιστραφεί ολόκληρο εφόσον δεν υπάρχουν ζημιές στο σπίτι. Το πρώτο ενοίκιο προπληρώνεται και αρχή κάθε επόμενου μήνα πληρώνονται τα υπόλοιπα ενοίκια. Η Πέγεια βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 20 λεπτών από το κέντρο της Πάφου, τον Ακάμα, τα ορεινά χωριά, το Λατσι, την πόλη της Χρυσοχούς.
