S. Demetriou Contractors – Developers Ltd was founded in 2002 by Mr. Savvas Demetriou, an experienced contractor with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.

The Company has undertaken and successfully completed a large number of projects throughout Cyprus, of private and public interest, and continues its activities with seriousness and responsibility towards its clients and partners.

The valuable knowledge and experience of the Company’s founder, combined with the academic training of its new members and partners, make up a dynamic team with all the guarantees for handling projects with multiple requirements and according to the challenges and needs of the time.
