When the company was first established it was based on the professional expertise of Mr Abdulah Issa, an experienced architect and construction consultant. Having successfully been involved in the project concept and design of many progressive and innovative buildings, Mr Issa decided that by creating his own construction company he would be able to better control quality, and manage an entire project from start to finish. Over the following twenty years, the company became one of the major construction and property development organisations in the region. Mr Issa maintained a detailed, and very hands-on focus for every project, and through a disciplined client-centred approach, built a reputation for exceptionally high standards of luxury and build-quality, and for meeting strict completion deadlines. As a significant Cypriot landowner and developer, Issa Developments & Construction is well aware of the substantial benefits of integrating sustainable design principles into our new developments; sustainability is a natural extension of our service offering. We care about our country, and its future.
