Fairdeal Estates is a family real estate/property development company registered in 1983 with number HE19764 by Mr George Kakoullis. The company started housing developments in Larnaca area in the 80s then shifting the core of its operations in Nicosia. In Nicosia a number of residential apartment buildings were built in centrally located areas accommodating for young families and investors that wanted a secure investment on a high quality of construction building.

The mission of the company is to build projects of high architectural modern designs that last in time. One of the main mottos is function first ,so all residences built have a very good architectural plan layout maximizing the use of space. Solar passive design was always one of the main concerns so buildings have the windows and openings in the right proportions considering the sun movement and wind flow for natural heating and cooling.

A well designed building would only keep its value and have capital appreciation only if it is built with the right materials from the right people that think and adhere quality and not easy and fast profit. Details are of primary importance as they affect the durability and long lasting life of projects.

This is proven if one visits buildings completed more than 15 years ago that last well and the owners keep or resell making a profit due to the good and sound condition of the property.

Off course a good building would not be complete without a title deed and Fairdeal Estates has the tract record of issuing titles and transferring within a reasonably short time after completion.

In 1995 the two sons of George Kakoullis entered the creative force of the company taking further ahead what their father set up based on core values like a Fair Deal.

Constantinos Kakoullis an architect , graduated from the Architectural Association (A.A. London) is devoting his time improving continuously the designs created and Antonis Kakoullis, BSc Civil Engineering and MSc Building Economics ( UK) makes sure that the construction sites produce the high quality required within the agreed time frame satisfying the needs of the buyers.
