Evergreen Residences

EVERGREEN residential complex is an oasis of luxury and comfort in the mountainous area near Limassol, in the privileged location of Agios Tychonas in Limassol. The newest zero-energy project, the Evergreen residential complex, produces more energy than it uses. Neatly placed solar panels reward residents with zero electricity bills throughout the year. The complex consists of two blocks of apartments: 6 apartments in block A and 9 apartments in block B.

The small number of residential units in each building creates a sense of community and good neighborliness among residents, as well as a sense of privacy and security, with the added benefit of a comfortable home location. The two EVERGREEN Residences are side-by-side to form a stylish mixed-material façade. They are carefully designed to evoke a sense of timelessness, with a classic tiled roof and warm brick tones accentuated by darker and wood elements. Large windows and elegant glass balconies give the complex a modern touch and also offer stunning mountain views.

All apartments have high quality finishes, including marble floors in the kitchen and living areas, expensive lighting and reliable air conditioning. Spacious balconies allow residents to enjoy the views from the comfort of their own home, and each apartment has its own covered parking. An electric gate has been installed to guard the entire property.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS:

• Reinforced concrete foundations, pillars, beams and slabs according to static and anti-seismic studies by civil engineers.
• External masonry 20 cm.
• Class A hollow brick, plastered with gypsum plaster.
• The internal fence is made of 10 cm hollow bricks.

• All external windows are made of colored aluminum “Alumil” serial S350.

• Material: Polymer is a high pressure material that is manufactured to cover large areas and materials in order to have uniformity and long life.

The energy efficiency of this building is equivalent to category A.
