Situated in the picturesque natural surroundings of central Pegeia in the Paphos district, this project comprises 37 charming two-story, 3-bedroom villas.

The primary focus of this development was to optimize the plot to create villas that maximize their scenic views while maintaining spacious indoor and outdoor areas. To meet this challenge, 37 distinctive villas were meticulously designed, each featuring its private pool. In Type B villas, there is an additional double bedroom on the same level. The upper floor consists of two or three bedrooms (Type B and Type A villas, respectively), two bathrooms, and expansive terraces with unobstructed views.
