Concept

Grand Hyatt Limassol will be officially launched in 2021 and welcome the first home owners in 2025.

Set along the most premier seafront location, Grand Hyatt Limassol is situated between Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa and on the other side neighbouring with a 5-star resort by Sofitel. This exclusive oasis of 10 hectares is situated above the crystal waters of the Mediterranean with direct access to the beach, affording every accommodation a sea view.

Development

The construction of the complex is scheduled to begin in 2022. The first phase of construction includes a building that will house a hotel and service apartments. The apartments are located in a tower directly above the east wing of the hotel from 8th to 24th floors and have endless views of the Mediterranean Sea and rolling mountains. As part of the second phase of the project, in the northern part of the site, it is planned to build a closed club village with villas, offering its residents absolute privacy, security and a truly idyllic lifestyle with a five-star level of service.

The project is planned to be delivered in 2025.
