Pineridge Resort is a mini-town in the village of Pissouri with 45 properties: maisonettes and terraced apartments with fantastic views of the mountains, sea and countryside.
Three houses with two bedroom apartments are designed in such a way that all apartments on the ground floor have their own plot of land – from 121 to 309 m2. The total area of each apartment starts from 100 m2.
In Cyprus, two-level detached apartments with their own plots of land are called maisonettes. On the ground floor there is a living room, hall and kitchen, and on the second floor there are bedrooms. Bathrooms with toilets are on each level.
In the very center of the mini-town, there is an Olympic-sized pool with a patio (large outdoor patio) and a well-groomed green area.
Pineridge Resort is located at the entrance to the village of Pissouri and very close to the Millennium National Park, which is worth highlighting. It is the largest National Park in Cyprus in terms of area (7.5 hectares).
Pissouri is a small village located on the southwestern coast of Cyprus, between Limassol and Paphos. The village is located on the top of a hill (250 meters above sea level) with amazing views of the countryside, coastline, Mediterranean Sea and Troodos Mountains.
Surrounded by vineyards and mountains, almost untouched by civilization, it has retained its special charm and attractiveness of antiquity. Tiled roofs of whitewashed houses, cobbled streets with their ascents and descents, magnificent panoramas of the sea and mountains – not all that from year to year attracts tourists here.
The residents of Pissouri are especially proud of the central square with a fountain. Here locals and tourists come to drink coffee and sit in cozy cafes. Pissouri is not only a small paradise with many colorful restaurants and taverns that attract with aromas and dishes, but also a charming Orthodox church and a Greek amphitheater. By the way, the local wine is considered one of the best in Cyprus!
Going down to the sea, you find yourself on a beach which is sandy with some pebbles, it is located about a kilometer from the village and our mini-town. The beach in Pissouri has been awarded the Blue Flag award, a European quality certificate awarded annually based on the results of testing the purity of water and sand. It offers water sports including sailing, surfing, windsurfing and paragliding.
Pissouri also has a diving school. In summer, green turtles nest on the beach, laying their eggs. Is this not yet another proof of the purest ecology of the place?
The convenient location of the village provides a unique climate. Even in the hottest month of August, you can feel the cool breeze!
