All areas have air conditioning to cool in the summer and heat the areas in the winter. There is a terrace on the ground floor with table and chairs and a small garden. Going down six steps is the private swimming pool with a wooden gazebo and sunbeds. The house has a private parking space. The house has a view of the newly built area of ​​the Municipality of Peyia and the beach of Potimi up to the bay of Koralia. At a distance of five minutes from the house by car is the center of Peyia and you can find a supermarket, fruit shop, pharmacy, health center, kiosks, bakery, restaurants and services of the Municipality of Peyia. Σε απόσταση πέντε λεπτών από το σπίτι με αυτοκίνητο βρίσκεται το κέντρο της Πέγειας και μπορέις να βρεις υπερογορά, φρουταρία, φαρμακείο, κέντρο υγείας, περίπτερα, φούρνο, εστιατόρια και υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Πέγειας. Σε απόσταση 7 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο είναι ο παραλιακός-τουριστικός δρόμος επίσης με πολλά καταστήματα, τράπεζα, εστιατόρια, περίπτερα κλπ.
