Victoria 27 is the largest project in Victoria Royal Investment’s Cyprus portfolio – a gated residential complex of 39 one- and two-bedroom apartments in Livadia, Larnaca.
The scheme is arranged as two four-storey residential blocks and a smaller building set around landscaped grounds, with a communal swimming pool and sun deck, gardens and a children’s playground. Apartments have deep balconies framed in timber, and the top-floor residences open onto private roof gardens with outdoor kitchens and jacuzzis. Covered parking sits beneath each block and the roofs carry photovoltaic panels.
The complex was designed by architects D_Kaimakliotis and is currently at the study stage, with nine units reported available at the time of listing.
