Victoria Royal Investment (VRI) is a real estate development and management company building contemporary, eco-friendly and technologically advanced luxury property across Cyprus, Canada and Italy. In Cyprus the company focuses on boutique residential buildings in Larnaca and Limassol, combining minimalist architecture, rooftop gardens and pools, solar energy and smart-home technology.

VRI's Cyprus portfolio is built around the Victoria series of low-rise apartment buildings - Victoria 21, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27 - designed by award-winning architect Dimitris Kaimakliotis.
