It can give you the seller's phone number, or write to the seller through INDEX.cy. You read every message first, and nothing is sent without your yes.

Post and update listings by asking
Your assistant reads your CRM or your spreadsheet, and puts the listings on INDEX.cy under your account. When a price changes or a home is sold, it brings INDEX.cy up to date.

Is it free?
Yes. Searching needs no account at all. Saving homes, alerts, phone numbers and enquiries need a free INDEX.cy account, and your assistant walks you through connecting it.
Which assistants does it work with?
Assistants that can read a web page and make web requests for you: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor and similar tools. Ordinary chat apps differ. Some can read the instructions but are not allowed to run the searches. A connector for the Claude and ChatGPT apps is planned.
Are these the same listings as on the website?
Yes. Same listings, same filters, same order. Every result carries a link to its page on INDEX.cy, so you can always look at the photos yourself.
Can my assistant publish a listing without asking me?
Everything an assistant creates starts as a draft that nobody can see. It goes live only when it is published, and the instructions tell the assistant to ask you first. Your plan's listing limits apply as usual.
How do leads from assistants reach me as a seller?
Exactly like leads from the website: the same email, to the same addresses, with the buyer's name, email and phone. The subject says that it came through an AI assistant.
We have thousands of listings. Is this for us?
For a large portfolio an XML feed is the better tool: it updates every night without anybody asking. Write to [email protected] and we will connect it.
