AMALFI HEIGHTS
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. CONCRETE STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete frame comprising of footings, columns, beams and slabs, designed in accordance with the regulations for anti-earthquake construction specifications.
2. WALLS
Exterior walls are 25cm single brick thick. Internal partition walls are of 10cm hollow bricks.
3. FINISHES
3.1 Floors
– The entrance hall, living, dining and kitchen will be paved with ceramic tiles.
– Internal common staircases will be of flamed granite.
– Verandas will be paved with anti-slip ceramic tiles.
– Roof deck Veranda will be paved with anti-slip ceramic tiles.
– The pools will be fitted with mosaic tiles.
– The bathrooms will have 60X30 antislip ceramic tiles.
– The bedrooms will have laminated parquet flooring.
– Storage rooms will have visible concrete surface treated with hardening agent..
– Parking areas will have visible concrete surface treated with hardening agent and special surface agents.
– The building entrance hall and the elevator areas will be paved with granite.
– The Gym area will be paved with custom made flooring.
3.2 Walls
– External surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of paint for exterior use and part of them will be decorated with stone, wood cladding and fare face concrete as shown on drawings.
– Internal surfaces shall have 3 coats of plaster and 3 coats of emulsion paint.
– Walls in the bathroom will be partly covered with ceramic tiles and partly with 3 coats of plaster painted, as shown in drawings.
– Walls in the kitchen above benches will have 3 coats of plaster and covered with synthetic ceramic laminate back splash.
– The walls behind the kitchen cupboards and bedroom wardrobes will have two coats of plaster.
3.3 Ceilings
– All ceilings are of fair-faced concrete treated with 2 coats of spatula and 3 coats of emulsion paint.
– All bathrooms will have false ceiling with plaster board. False ceilings are also used in areas of the kitchen and living rooms.
4. INSULATIONS
4.1 All flat roofs and verandas will be insulated with 5cm thermal insulation material and the MARISEAL or equivalent waterproof system.
4.2 All external concrete walls, columns and brick walls will be covered with the STOTOTHERM or equivalent heating insulation system with a thickness of 80mm.
4.3 All external walls will be insulated with 5 cm thermal insulation.
5. DOORS AND WINDOWS
5.1 Entrance door will be security type of hardwood frame and decorated with HPL leaf..
5.2 All internal doors will be finished with MDF lacquered laminate.
5.3 External doors and windows shall be of colored aluminum with double glazing sliding and/or hinged tilted sections
5.4 One pedestrian electrically controlled entrance door to the building and Two (2) Nos remotely controlled car gates.
6. WARDROBES AND KITCHEN CUPBOARDS
6.1 The kitchen will have synthetic ceramic laminate top.
6.2 High quality kitchen cupboards will be hand crafted. The structure will be chipboard with melamine finish. In the cupboard included under sink aluminium base, with totally extractable drawers with cutlery display, dishes display.
6.3 The bedroom wardrobes will be hand crafted. The doors will be finished with glass.
7. SANITARY WARE AND MIXERS
7.1 Imported high quality sanitary ware will be installed complete with their accessories, i.e. mirrors, soap holders and towel bars.
7.2 A stainless steel sink will be provided in the kitchen.
7.3 The washbasin tops will be made of corian with wooden under-counter cupboard where shown on drawing.
7.4 Wall mounted WCs with concealed cistern will be installed.
8. WATER SUPPLY
8.1 Individual water tank with solar panels and electric water heater will be
provided, as well as individual water descaling apparatus.
8.2 Central Pressurized System for the hot and cold water will be provided.
9. SEWAGE
9.1 PVC pipes will be used for the sewerage system which will be connected to the central sewage system of the town.
10. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS
10.1 The entrance door will be controlled with interphone.
10.2 TV points will be provided in the living area, all bedrooms and one external at ground floor veranda. Provision for satellite antenna will be allowed.
10.3 Switches with safety fuses or dipolar switches with light indicators will be installed for all kitchen appliances, in accordance with the Electricity Authority’s regulations.
10.4 One telephone lines will be installed, with telephone sockets in the living room and all bedrooms.
10.5 All the electricity socket outlets will be double.
10.6 Light sensor will be provided at parking and entrance area.

Stainless steel electric oven, ceramic electric operated hobs, washing machine, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator and extractor hood.
13. Landscape
The garden will be planted with trees and bushes. Full irrigation system will be provided.
14. Renewable Energy
Electricity generating solar panels will be installed on the roof which will power the common areas.
