What the notice says4 clauses
- The property will not be delivered if the reserved sales price is not met.
- The interest in the above property is offered for sale without further warranties regarding the existence, type or extent of the property or the right held by the mortgagee.
- The Highest Bidder must keep in mind that the remainder of the sale price (accepted bid price minus the amount of the guarantee) must be paid to the mortgage lender, otherwise he loses the amount of the guarantee and is liable for any damage that may occur in a subsequent sale.
- Open Files Road construction 1/DAE/877/2023, 1/DAE/2682/2024. There are buildings that are not mentioned in the registration (1/ES/24722/1980). The above reserved sale price does not include any VAT. In cases where the sale of the property is subject to VAT, the amount of VAT will be payable by the buyer in addition to the sale price.
