Melkor Holdings

At Melkor, we create better living.
Since 2018, Melkor has been innovating in the field of property development and project implementation across geographies. With a predominant focus on innovation, urban landscape redevelopment and design that benefits not only clients but the society at large, Melkor builds extraordinary projects that benefit thriving communities.
We are a new and dynamic development company selected to be the pioneer of a new waterfront development and lifestyle in Cyprus. The benefit of being a new company is that we can be innovative, cutting edge, and unique since we are not constrained or defined by our past.
