A custom designed 4 bed bedroom villa, by award winning architect, to be built on its own independent plot in the Prestigious Sea Caves area of Pegeia, overlooking the breath-taking and panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
GROUND FLOOR
The heart of the house, where you can find the dining and living room in an open space concept which allows seamless interaction with your family and friends at any part of the house. A fully equipped state of the art kitchen with island.
Floor to ceiling windows of slimline black aluminium design allow for an amplitude of natural light to radiate the bespoke interior. Moreover, we have included an ensuite bedroom on the ground floor that can be converted also into an office.
TOP FLOOR
Moving up to the top floor, you will find the laundry room and three ensuite bedrooms all overlooking the endless ocean horizon. The verandas are partially covered and offer another seating area, along with sunbeds for tanning and a jacuzzi for the ultimate tranquillity.

Stepping outside of the living area, you will find a custom over flow pool with ambient lighting, one of the many features of the villa. Adjacent is the outdoor seating area, located under a shaded pergola, giving you the opportunity to choose between a covered and exposed side of the patio.
Furthermore, the outside also includes a barbeque grill, shower, and WC, as well as a storage room for gardening and pool equipment to be kept safely. Moving on to the garage, which can host up to 2 large cars covered.
The tropical garden will be fully planted with exotic, rare plants and trees, all strategically placed to create a one-of-a-kind experience for the senses. A computerised irrigation system will be installed.
