We present a 4 bedroom Villa located in the popular Peyia area with magnificent sea and mountain views.Peyia is a city in Cyprus with a population of about 10,000 inhabitants. Peyia is located mainly on the steep coastal hillsides in Coral Bay, at the southern tip of the Akamas Peninsula, and is 14 km north of Paphos. Due to its slope location, many parts of the city offer views of Coral Bay and Paphos.Peyia actually covers a large area, stretching from the Peyia forest in the hills overlooking the village in the north, to the sea in the south, and from Maa Bay in the east to the Akamas Peninsula in the west. However, the name is more often used in relation to the city. There are many British expats here and a growing number of holiday homes and apartments. In the city center, you can find the town hall, church, police station, and several small shops, restaurants, and banks. Due to its slope location, many parts of the city offer views of Coral Bay and Paphos.Peyia has many cafes and restaurants along the main Coral Bay road. New food spots are being built on the next road east of the main lane, indicating a lack of demand. They range from taverns, meze, and traditional cafes to themed restaurants. The next most important city is Katifas, which again has an impressive selection of restaurants, as well as Stern-Winners. Due to its location on a hillside, the house overlooks Coral Bay and Paphos. You can also enjoy this view while near the pool and recreation area with a barbecue. The house itself is incredibly cozy and elegantly decorated. This can be seen as soon as you cross the threshold of the house and enter the spacious living room with a dining area from which stretches a gorgeous view of the sea and the Mediterranean sunset. To the left of the main entrance is a separate kitchen with top-quality appliances. Just behind the kitchen, on the same floor, you will find an office room with a shower room. Going up to the second floor of the house, you will see 3 bedrooms separated by a long corridor, one of which is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. Also on the second floor, there is another family bathroom and a cozy little balcony from which you can watch the magnificent sunset and evening lights of the whole village. Viewing is highly recommended.
