What the notice says5 clauses
- The property will not be delivered to any bidder unless the reserved sale price is met.
- The sale is made in accordance with the Sale Procedural Regulation no. 5/2025. 3. The above reserved sale price does not include any VAT. In cases where the sale of the property is subject to VAT, the amount of VAT will be payable by the buyer in addition to the sale price.

- The last bidder is obliged to pay any remaining balance of the sale price to the competent District Land Registry Office, no earlier than 15 and no later than 25 days from the day of the sale.
