What the notice says4 clauses
- The property will not be delivered if the reserved sales price is not met.
- The interest in the above property(ies) is/are offered for sale without further warranties as to the existence, type or extent of the property or the right of the mortgagee.
- The highest Bidder must keep in mind that the remainder of the sale price (accepted bid price minus the amount of the guarantee) must be paid to the mortgage lender, otherwise he loses the amount of the guarantee and is liable for any damage that may occur in a subsequent sale.
- There are buildings that are not mentioned in the registration (1/ΕΣ/916/2008). Based on the manner of possession and use of the property, the ½ share that is being sold concerns the two-story building in the northwestern part of the plot. The building may be inhabited/used/rented. The above reserved sale price(s) do not include any VAT.
