- The interest in the above property(ies) is/are offered for sale without further warranties as to the existence, type or extent of the property or the right of the mortgagee/judgment debtor.
- The Highest Bidder must keep in mind that the balance of the sale price (acceptable bid price plus the amount of the guarantee) must be paid to the mortgage lender, otherwise he loses the amount of the guarantee and is liable for any damage that may occur in a subsequent sale.
