Constantinou Bros

Constantinou Bros Properties PLC was established in 1979 by siblings Andreas and Agathoklis Constantinou. Originally focused on constructing commercial offices, shops, and residential apartments in Paphos, the company later expanded into crafting leisure hotels. Today, it proudly manages its own chain of luxury hotels in Paphos.

The company has also pioneered numerous upscale villa and apartment projects across the Paphos region. Offering comprehensive architectural and design services, we cater to discerning buyers seeking holiday homes, permanent residences, or investment opportunities.

Our commitment lies in crafting enduring, harmonious spaces that blend seamlessly with their surroundings. With a focus on excellence, we provide extensive services to both investors and property owners.

Our aim is to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and achieving remarkable business results. With over 220 shops, 320 apartments, and 1000 luxury villas constructed, we've divided and sold around 200 plots of land.

Over 70% of our properties grace the seafront of Paphos' tourist and commercial area, featuring apartments, shops, luxury villas with pools, and landscaped gardens.

Among our ongoing projects are Asimina Park, Konia Hills, Konia Panorama, Konia Sunset, Konia Modern Luxury Residences, Georgos Complex, and Konia Luxury Houses. We also have exciting upcoming projects in the pipeline, currently under consideration.
