CoolSide Development

CoolSide Development is a Limassol-based property development and investment company established by Cool Carriers, a shipping group specialising in the fast transport of perishable cargo, with a history in shipping since 1932.

CoolSide builds residential and commercial projects in privileged coastal locations across Cyprus, designed with international buyers and investors in mind: sea views, contemporary architecture and long-term value. The company reports a portfolio value of €80 million.

Its current projects on the Limassol coastline are SeaMark, a 21-level Grade A commercial seafront tower due in the fourth quarter of 2028, and Harbor, a commercial coastal tower. Both are under construction.
