Domenica Group

"Your dream, our commitment."

Since its inception in 1961 by the visionary Mr. George Hadjidemosthenous, Domenica Group has been the torchbearer of excellence, reliability, and innovation in the construction sector. Rooted deeply in the sands of Cyprus, our journey from being a small building construction company to an industry titan has been fueled by our unwavering commitment to turn dreams into realities.

The Early Days
In our nascent years, Domenica Group marked its presence by taking on ambitious projects across both public and private sectors. Whether it was constructing aesthetically pleasing villas, building the foundation stones for schools, or laying down roads for seamless connectivity, we did it all. Our partnerships with the electricity authority, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Interior set the stage for our growth trajectory.

Rising from Adversity
The Turkish invasion of 1974 was a turning point in Cyprus's history, and Domenica Group, with its Class “A” construction credentials, rose to the occasion. Our contribution to the restoration of the island is etched in history. From taking on key projects for esteemed organizations such as Banks, Municipalities, and various Ministries including the Ministry of Defence, we showcased our resilience and adaptability. It is a testament to our expertise that only a handful of companies in Cyprus can claim such a diverse and impactful portfolio.

Setting the Standard
Today, as you navigate through the bustling lanes of Pafos and Limassol, the Domenica Group signature is evident. Our commercial and residential properties stand tall, showcasing our impeccable standards of quality. Whether it's the elegant apartments, the sprawling luxury penthouses, the cozy townhouses, or the picturesque individual villas set in prime locations, we cater to every dream, every lifestyle.

At Domenica Group, we don’t just build structures; we craft legacies. As we look to the future, our commitment remains the same: to make every dream a tangible reality. Join us in this journey, and let us bring your vision to life.
