Thanasis Athanasiou, a seasoned real estate consultant and economist, possesses a decade and a half of local market experience. His comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks within land registry and planning departments is unparalleled. As the Director of Sales and New Business Development for a prominent development group in Cyprus, he has spearheaded the sale of over 2,500 real estate units and successfully overseen more than 35 land development projects. Currently, Thanasis serves as the active Managing Partner of Sweet Home Estates, a multifaceted company offering a spectrum of professional real estate services including sales, rentals, valuations, project and construction management, real estate development, holiday lettings, and property management.
