G & V Hadjidemosthenous Ltd is a family-run construction and development company based in Paphos, Cyprus, established in 1961. Founded by George Hadjidemosthenous and today chaired by his son Marios Hadjidemosthenous, the company has spent more than six decades building homes across the Paphos district and is the longest-established Cypriot developer to hold Class A contractor certification.
After the events of 1974 the company took part in the reconstruction of the island and was entrusted with projects for banks, municipalities, public organisations and government ministries. Its residential portfolio ranges from apartment blocks in Geroskipou to hillside villa resorts in Peyia and Tsada, all built with guaranteed title deeds, Energy Efficiency Class A specifications and a reputation for delivering on schedule.
