For decades, a prominent figure has commanded the construction industry – Mr. Pavlos Stavrou. In 1977, he secured his contractor’s license, heralding the start of an illustrious journey. By 1982, he had laid the cornerstone of his legacy with the establishment of Pavlos Stavrou Building Enterprises Ltd, classified as a class E contracting company. This enterprise has since been at the forefront of transformative projects, primarily gracing the vibrant landscape of Larnaca.

With nearly four decades of remarkable service, the name of our company has become synonymous with crafting superior edifices. These architectural marvels have consistently redefined excellence, leaving an indelible mark in both the residential and commercial domains. In 2010, the next generation stepped in as Giorgos Stavrou, Mr. Pavlos Stavrou’s son, infused new vigor into the company. This monumental shift culminated in the rechristening of the enterprise to Giorgos & Pavlos Stavrou (Building Enterprises) Ltd.
