LORDOS CONTRACTA is the trade name of G.D. Lordos & Sons Ltd, the property development division of the Lordos Organisation.
The Company was established back in 1936 by Mr. George D. Lordos, a self-made businessman and a pioneer in property development on the island. The company started developing property in Famagusta in the mid 1960’s. By the early 1970’s the beach front of Famagusta had several developments that were built under the name LORDOS: Lordos Cyprian Court, Lordos Les Sirenes, Lordos Sunshore Court, Lordos Etoile Court, Lordos Apollo Court, Lordos Waterfront Court and Lordos Seagate Court.
Following the Turkish invasion of 1974 and the loss of Famagusta, the company started again from zero to make it back to the top and into the leading names in the field of property development in Cyprus. In the years that followed, LORDOS CONTRACTA delivered over 2,200 residential units throughout the island.
LORDOS CONTRACTA has successfully completed a number of projects throughout the island. The company has always offered a wide variety property types: individual villas, apartments, studios, maisonettes, shops and land plots.
