M & DEL Developers LTD was founded in 2004 by Mr. Mattheos Mattheou, an experieced person in Construction Industry who is registered with the Council of registration and control of building and technical work contractors, where he holds a Class C license for building works.

During the years our company has managed to consolidate and establish itself in the field of the Construction Industry. Our company is a family business, the composition and the way the company operates, leads to stable and continuous growth of the company.
