Moriasio Investments Ltd: Crafting Distinctive Real Estate Ventures

Moriasio Investments Ltd stands as a formidable force in Cyprus' real estate landscape, with strategic ventures extending to Eastern Europe and South Africa. In collaboration with a private investor, the company has birthed a truly exceptional endeavor – Finikis Terraces.

Finikis Terraces, a visionary project, was conceptualized under the masterful guidance of architect Sonia Papaevripiadou. Sonia, an accomplished architect trained in South Africa, is renowned for her expertise in luxury private residences. Her selection to lead the design of this distinctive structure was deliberate, infusing exclusivity and opulence into an apartment complex.

The end result underscores this vision – each apartment boasts an identity akin to a private residence. Abundant space characterizes these abodes, with en-suite bathrooms for bedrooms, ample closet room, high ceilings, private pools, expansive terraces, and lush greenery. The architecture strategically maximizes natural elements, positioning the building with sizable south-facing openings and more modest ones towards the north. A perforated facade gracefully shields against the intense eastern and western sun, while north-to-south apertures ensure efficient cooling during scorching summers. The creation of Finikis Terraces was a labor of unwavering determination and fervent energy, culminating in an exceptional outcome that redefines the landscape.
