Soto Properties was founded in 1991 by Mr. Tony Soteriades, Managing Director.
Tony Soteriades has a long history in real estate, project management and land development.

Soto Properties Ltd vision is “to offer and sell beautifully designed and functional homes by the sea”. The floor plans are spacious and functional and are designed to offer a relaxed environment by the sea. We consider every customer special to us and at all times we will endeavor to deliver the best possible service.

Soto Properties is the Project Manager for NIRVANA SEASIDE GARDENS. Nirvana Seaside Gardens was developed with the conception of offering people an idyllic place to live whether as a holiday home or as one’s permanent residence by the seaside in Pervolia, Larnaca.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge, and as a natural interest, Mr. Tony Soteriades has expanded his vision to Larnaca where he has initiated the development of Nirvana Seaside Gardens, a residential holiday & permanent residence resort.
