His purview encompasses sales, marketing, real estate investment consulting, development, and property management. His illustrious past includes a tenure as Director within one of Cyprus’s largest developer groups, where he skillfully managed a network of real estate agents, orchestrated property sales, and negotiated land purchase agreements.

Photis Ioannou MRICS, a distinguished real estate property professional and Chartered Surveyor, stands as the visionary founder of the Sweet Home Estates group of companies. With hands-on experience spanning valuations, compulsory acquisitions consulting, negotiation, expert witness court representation, asset management, real estate investment consulting, project management, and development, Photis is a driving force behind our comprehensive offerings.
