Ararat Grand Residences

Ararat Grand Residences is a seafront elite residential complex located in the Agios Tychonas area, Limassol. The project has 24 floors and 17 residences, as well as a gym, swimming pool, restaurants for all tastes, SPA, playground, jewelry salon, wine bar, cigar lounge.
