Art Parkside

Art Parkside is a 5-unit new build by itSimple Group in Ayia Fyla, Limassol, completed in 2021 and fully sold. The building offers a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments of 105 to 234 m², designed for modern living and suited to families and investors alike.

All itSimple homes are built to Energy Performance Certificate Class A, with certified external thermal insulation, full-height aluminium thermal frames with double glazing, complete air-conditioning, solar hot water and dedicated photovoltaic panels for net metering. Interiors feature Italian-made kitchens and wardrobes, technogranite worktops, European ceramic floor tiles and laminate flooring in the bedrooms, with electric vehicle charging provision and a video entry intercom.

Location: Art Parkside is in the vibrant Ayia Fyla area next to a green area, with amenities at the doorstep and a 5-minute drive to the roundabout connecting to the highway.

This project is part of the itSimple Group portfolio of delivered developments in Limassol.
