The Project

Cosmos Lifestyle is a unique Mixed-Use Development Project where the sense of community can be well-established through its elegant solutions related to its functionality, architecture, sustainable and environmentally friendly infrastructure and location.

Innovation in Design

Innovation is what drives the world forward. In the case of Cosmos Lifestyle, the whole concept of the building is an innovation in itself. It is a multi-use development designed according to the current as well as the future needs of society and everyday life in Nicosia and in Cyprus as a whole.   It focuses on bringing people together under a Steel Dome which is the highlight of the Project. The Structural Steel Dome which covers the building of the Project is a representation of an Ancient Greek Arcade (Stoa).

Environment & Sustainability – A Green Building Notion

Cosmos Lifestyle which is a unique concept, combines recreational and community spaces with other public services through methods of sustainable infrastructure and use. It represents the character of the community providing convenient access to services and bringing together a diverse mix of users.

It can be described as one of the pioneers of Commercial Structures which incorporates the notion of Sustainable Green Building Design in Nicosia.

Project Details

1. The Project Development consists of 63,000 m² of covered space, with a Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of ±25,000 m² and will comprise of the following facilities:
2. 1 st & 2 nd Basement Car Park Areas, creating an external car-free environment
3. Ground Level Retail Section including Food & Beverage with a Total Coverage Area 5,5355 m²
4. Level 1: Mezzanine Retail Section including Food & Beverage with a Total Coverage Area of 6,377m²
5. Level 2: Luxury Offices with a Total Coverage Area of 4,081 m²
6. Level 3: Health & Wellness Centre with a Total Coverage Area of 3,036 m²
7. Level 4: Serviced Apartments with a Total Coverage Area of 1,916m²
8. Internal Common Areas with a Total Coverage Area of 6,000m²
9. External Green Areas and Gardens overflowing into the building with a Total Coverage of 5,000m².
