Golden View Villas

Situated in the picturesque natural surroundings of central Pegeia in the Paphos district, this project comprises 37 charming two-story, 3-bedroom villas.

The primary focus of this development was to optimize the plot to create villas that maximize their scenic views while maintaining spacious indoor and outdoor areas. To meet this challenge, 37 distinctive villas were meticulously designed, each featuring its private pool. The exterior of the Pegeia Golden View Villas boasts an elegant selection of materials, blending textures such as stone, wood, and glass to harmonize with the lush green landscape, creating a natural and inviting ambiance. Throughout the entire project, the emphasis remains on the breathtaking views, and each villa is thoughtfully designed to capitalize on the geographical advantages of the location: private pools, balconies, and terraces all provide a closer connection to nature while offering serene vistas of the bay and the city.

Upon entering each villa, you'll find spacious living areas on the ground floor, encompassing a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a contemporary living room. In Type B villas, there is an additional double bedroom on the same level. The upper floor consists of two or three bedrooms (Type B and Type A villas, respectively), two bathrooms, and expansive terraces with unobstructed views.

Ideally situated, Pegeia Golden View Villas offer convenient access to essential everyday amenities, including a medical center, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, and bus service, all within walking distance. Furthermore, this project is an excellent choice for families, as it's near a private school, a horse ranch, football academies, and Paphos Zoo, providing unique entertainment options for all family members. Its prime location also offers access to various leisure activities, such as gyms, restaurants, bars, the upcoming Paphos Marina, the "blue-flag" sandy beach of Coral Bay, and the luxurious Cap St. Georges Hotel & Resort.
