About the project

A new exclusive residential complex will appear in the prestigious Krasa district, next to the new Metropolis Mall shopping center. The complex boasts excellent infrastructure – there are numerous shops, supermarkets and a cinema in the immediate vicinity.

Kalymnos Residence is a modern residential project that can be confidently and safely called an ideal place to stay in Larnaca.

The 3-storey building will have a total of 8 apartments:

one 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor;

four 2-bedroom apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors;

two 2 bedroom penthouses on the 3rd floor with a private roof garden;

one duplex penthouse with 3 bedrooms and a private roof garden on the 3rd floor.

The area of apartments in the new complex will vary from 82 m2 to 214 m2.

The owners of apartments in Kalymnos Residence will enjoy not only fantastic design, thoughtful layouts, but also, of course, a beautiful view of Larnaca and the sea, which opens from panoramic windows and spacious terraces.

For the convenience of residents, parking and storage rooms are also provided at the bottom of the building.
