CONCEPT
Drawing inspiration from the historic essence of the mansion, the property embodies a traditional Mediterranean charm with subtle contemporary elements. The mansion will undergo a transformation into a luxurious boutique hotel, becoming an integral part of a vibrant destination featuring branded retail outlets, cafes, dining establishments, public galleries, and versatile event spaces catering to various functions and family entertainment. The aim is to establish a fresh focal point of activity in the city center, accessible and seamlessly woven into the urban fabric of the surrounding streets, alleys, and pathways.

LOCATION
Situated at the core of Paphos, this innovative mixed-use destination will invigorate the already vibrant public spaces in the city center. Capitalizing on its proximity to Paphos Town Hall and a Municipal Gallery, the centerpiece of this district will revitalize a 19th-century historic mansion.
