The new residential complex, which will consist of two 17-storey high-rises. Skyscrapers will grow in the southern part of the city, in the Skala area, near the salt lake Aliki.

The total area of the building will be 29518 m2, and the height of the buildings will be 75 meters. The cost of the project is estimated at 75 million euros and implies a "city within a city" format.

It will be a complex of buildings that will house both apartments and non-residential premises. Unlike conventional residential complexes, this type of development will take into account the daily needs of future residents of the complex.

According to the plan, the ground, first and second floors of high-rise buildings will be given over to offices, shops, art galleries, exhibition areas, restaurants and bars.

An elite restaurant with a swimming pool will open between the 7th and 8th floors, and a glass bridge will appear that will connect the skyscrapers with each other.

The rest will house 122 modern luxury apartments.

Of these: 16 studios, 16 single apartments, 54 double apartments, 16 three-bedroom apartments and 20 four-bedroom apartments.

The skyscrapers will have a common three-level underground parking for 1,169 places, of which 72 will be designed for people with disabilities and 66 for cyclists.

On the lower level there is a wellness center for the residents of the complex.

The project will be funded by local and foreign investors who are willing to invest in real estate in Cyprus.
