Tessera Fanaria – The Waterfront

Our most impressive residential development to date is the prestigious Tessera Fanaria located on the Finikoudes Beach in Larnaka. By offering spectacular views over the Marina and Port and being located on one of Europe's most ideal seafront promenades, make this an extremely unique property  and the investment opportunities here are endless. Work on the Marina is scheduled to begin this year, with the first phase to be completed within three to four years.

Tessera Fanaria consists of 43 luxury apartments of which only five remain. Each apartment has been built to very high technical specifications, offering residents the experience of  living in absolute luxury. Marble and solid parquet flooring, combined with Italian kitchens and wardrobes. Also a central airconditioning and heating system for all apartments has been installed, ensuring guests comfort throughout the year.

The building itself has a 24hr Concierge. Swimming pool and fitness centre on the fifth floor. Also a small business suite for the convenience of residents wishing to hold any important meetings at a moments notice. There is also a private underground parking area with parking for two cars for every apartment.
