THE STORY OF A TROY PROJECT

“BEHIND THE SCENES"

As parents with growing families, we understand the importance of creating residential areas where all amenities are within easy reach, and where large expanses of green and open-air playgrounds allow our children to play freely and safely.

As we continued to build upon our vision, we began to include other amenities that would make life easier for busy families seeking out a comfortable living environment, where everything they may need is right at their fingertips. We added various services and hotel-style functions, and soon enough, we had created a completely new lifestyle concept. Our ‘city within a city’ was born.

Location was an extremely important factor, given the size and functionality of the complex. Beautiful, clean surroundings and a close proximity to the island’s famous golden coastlines were essential. We also insisted upon easy access to both the motorway and the city centre, as well as major landmarks and the Larnaca Airport. After careful location scouting, we decided on the village of Pyla, impressed by its vibrant energy that would perfectly complement our project.

We opted for a classical architectural style in order to pay homage to the island’s rich history that is deeply rooted in Ancient Greek mythology, with the addition of modern flourishes. Where possible, we used natural materials, including wood, metal, concrete and stone, to create a variety of textures and hues.

Inspired by the colourful myths and legends of Ancient Greece, we named our project TROY, symbolising a bastion of ultimate security and protection. Our logo, featuring the silhouette of the famed horse, emphasises both freedom and nobility.

In this mini-town, all amenities are within walking distance. Residents can zip down the elevator for a leisurely stroll in the park, a poolside coffee, or a catch-up with friends at the terrace bar. And after a long day at work, they can work off that excess energy at the gym, or unwind at the spa. The possibilities are endless, and – most importantly – nearby. As for vacationers, they can enjoy the privacy of their own residence with the comforts that come with staying at a five-star hotel. These apartments are also a great option for anyone seeking a highly sought after spot to lease out.
