The XML feed from your CRM: Qobrix, Estatebud, RealHomes or any other. No feed? An Excel file or your website is enough.

We import your listings with photos, check prices and locations, and build your company page. Usually within 48 hours.

Buyers contact you
Calls go to your number, messages to your email and WhatsApp. We never stand between you and the buyer.

You pay at the end of the month
Every buyer who contacted you is listed in your dashboard as it happens, with the property and the price of that lead. One invoice on the 1st. Nothing arrives, nothing to pay.
Your listings stay in sync: we read your feed every day, so new, changed and sold properties update on their own.

Sales are charged at 0.01% of the asking price, rentals at 1% of the monthly rent. Never less than €15, never more than €100, whatever the property is worth.
What counts as one lead
A buyer who contacts you — by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or the enquiry form — counts once for the whole month, however many of your properties they ask about. The same buyer at another agency is that agency’s lead, not yours. A call you could not pick up still counts, because the number reaches you and you can call back. Where we cannot tell which property a buyer was looking at, there is nothing to pay.
Every lead appears in your dashboard the moment it happens, with the time, the buyer, the property and what that lead costs. If one is wrong, you have seven days to dispute it and we credit it, no argument.
Invoice on the 1st of each month for the month before, plus VAT, payable by bank transfer. No contract, no minimum, no notice period. A quiet month costs you nothing at all.

What agencies and developers ask us
Do we need an XML feed?
No. A feed is easiest because it keeps everything in sync on its own. Without one, send us an Excel file or point us to your website, and we add the listings for you.
How quickly will our listings be live?
Usually within 48 hours of getting your feed. A large feed with many photos can take a few days the first time; after that, changes show up every day.
Is there a minimum or a contract?
No. Listing is free and stays free. You are invoiced only for the buyers who contacted you in the month just gone, and if nobody did, there is nothing to pay. Stop whenever you like.
How do we pay?
One invoice on the 1st for the month before, payable by bank transfer within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT (19%). Card is available if you prefer it.
Do you take a commission on sales?
Never. You pay for the introduction, not for the deal. What happens after the buyer calls you is entirely your business, and we do not ask.
We already pay INDEX.cy. What changes?
Nothing unless you want it to. Your plan carries on as it is. Write to us and we will check whether a launch plan suits you better.
