This boutique collection of contemporary villas is inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s ten attributes of sight—Darkness, Light, Solidity, Color, Form, Position, Distance, Propinquity, Motion, and Rest. These principles form the conceptual foundation behind a series of residences designed to merge elegance, comfort, and functionality.
