What the notice says10 clauses
- The property will not be delivered if the reserved sales price is not met.
- The interest in the above property is offered for sale without further warranties as to the existence, tenure, type or extent of the property or the right of the mortgagee/debtor by judgment.
- The Highest Bidder must keep in mind that the balance of the sale price (accepted bid price minus the amount of the guarantee) must be paid to the mortgage lender, otherwise he loses the amount of the guarantee and is liable for any damage that may occur in a subsequent sale.
- The sale of the properties may be subject to VAT. The above reserved sale prices do not include VAT. Any VAT will be payable in addition to the sale price and will be borne by the buyer.
