Our most recent project comprises six 2-bedroom apartments, all boasting unobstructed sea views. Each floor houses three apartments, and here are the details for a couple of them:

Flat 203: This apartment offers 81 sq.m of interior covered space, along with a 20 sq.m covered veranda. Additionally, it has the privilege of an 80 sq.m roof garden.

Flat 201: This apartment features 80 sq.m of interior covered space, a 20 sq.m covered veranda, and an impressive 100 sq.m roof garden.

All of our apartments are equipped with a surveillance entrance system for security. The interior stairs are elegantly finished with high-quality marble and granite installations.
